I found its better to take vitamins in the morning after breakfast. When I take vitamins at night, I have a hard time sleeping. A lot of diseases due to vitamin deficiency. You may have inherited it but vitamins can make a difference. I have a family history of diabetes but thank God, so far I am o.k, I believe, its because I take a vitamin supplement every day.When is better to take vitamins for hair growth? If the vitamin contains iron, then in the morning as iron tends to hurt your tummy some. I wouldn't recommend that a man take a vitamin with iron because high iron levels can increase your risk of heart attack.
