As loong as there prescribed it shouldnt matter. You have to eat right and drink alot of water to help with the growth. After taking prescribed prenatal vitamins, my hair and nails have both grown beyond expectation. Make sure you continue to use them even after you have your baby.

My hair is waist length, and was shoulder length 2 years ago, I use pr source prenatal vitamins from wal-mart about $6 a bottle and I eat a high protein diet and eat gelatin. Good Luck!
