What is the best vitamin for hair growth?

I know its not going to work overnight but my hair is shoulder length and seems like it is not growing what is the best vitamin to help with healthy hair growth?What is the best vitamin for hair growth?
Definetly biotin! But i also higly recommend hair,skin and nails formula you can get them from puritans pride. It has biotin,vitamin a , c,d and E so you have one tablet with everything. Also aside from taking care of your hair from the inside it is crucial that you take care of it on the outside as well to get that healthy growth. I recommend washing atleast 1x week with a shampoo that doesnt contain sulfate ( sulfate strips the hair cuticles and drys out your hair), deep condition with every wash with heat for atleast 15 minutes.Use a leave-in conditioner and try using less direct heat , such as blow drying and flat ironing because this will cause heat damage and obviously damage your hair making it hard to grow healthy and strong. Try airdrying it will help your hair grow nice and thick. Also keep your ends moisturized and try not to have them rub against your shirts or coat because this will cause split ends. I recommend a light oil such as carrot oil for your ends and scalp. For deep conditioner you can try neutrogena triple moisture and for a shampoo try coconut milk shampoo which can be found at your local indian store.
