Is it ok to take prenatal vitamins for hair growth if you're not pregnant?

Are there side affects or will hair fall out?Is it ok to take prenatal vitamins for hair growth if you're not pregnant?
I don't think there is a problem with it. You should call the pharmacist and ask them.Is it ok to take prenatal vitamins for hair growth if you're not pregnant?
Yes. They will not harm you, there's no side effects, %26amp; it will not make your hair fall out. Prenatal vitamins are just like a multi vitamin except they have a higher % of certain vitamins that a pregnant woman needs more of (like folic acid). Prenatal vitamins are good for hair %26amp; nail growth.
Girl you playing with fire. What the others didn't tell you is that those vitamins (among other things) contain IRON!. They also didn't tell you that some pregnant women, after taking those vitamins get hemorrhoids and it makes you nose swell up.

If you are going to do this anyway I would say take only one and see if it gives you hemorrhoids. You'll know right away.
no im 15 and not preggo and i take them everyday along with fish oils, and biotin. theyre fine. and since theres no baby absorbing most of it, you get all the benifits to yourself :] its good for hair skin and nails
