Has anyone ever tried omega 3 fish oil hair vitamins from Trader Joe's to growh hair longer %26amp; healthier?Has anyone tried omega 3 fish oil vitamins for hair growth?
Vitamin E for Hair. Omega 3 Is a very good vitamin for Brain Development not for hair development. Also Protein.

';Vitamin E is a powerful anti-oxidant that helps increase circulation. Vitamin E increases oxygen uptake, which improves circulation to the scalp. It improves overall health. Since hair health is tied to the immune system, vitamin E is believed to stimulate hair growth by enhancing the immune function.'; %26lt;-SourceHas anyone tried omega 3 fish oil vitamins for hair growth?
No but i think my mom uses it and her hair is long
Its awesome
I did do the fish oil supplements to help strengthen my nails. I did not get them from Trader Joe's. When I took them, I did notice mild improvement. However, whenever I took a pill, about an hour later I would begin burping up fish taste. It was disgusting! I tried to mix it up in regard to the time I took the vitamins....I would take them in the afternoon, at night in the morning.....and I still had the burping problem. So I stopped.

I would still recommend you try them. I may be a freak....who knows.
I have not tried it for hair growth, but omega 3 is found naturally in fatty fish (ie. salmon), and also comes fortified now in many other foods (pork, cereal milk, vitamins).
yah ,, it helps
Yes I do and it makes my hair oily but thats just my hair i guess
