I personally used it...Vitamins for hair growth?
I take Biotin, MSM, Ultra Nourish hair from GNC, and Flaxseed Oil.
Niacin (make sure that you get the ';no-flush'; type), Biotin and prenatal vitamins all work well.聽 I have personally taken all three and I found that Biotin was the best for me along with a multi-vitamin. Bonus: nails benefit too!
